My daughter goes to a after school program called "Art 4 Life" And with all my complaints of the laxness the staff have with me.. (aka they don't seem to have much fear of me. Because most of them are about my age, and "I'm cool and all") in any case today's project was Ikebana. Here's her piece, she's so very proud.
I took Morgynnchan to see "The ghosts of treasure island" It was fantastic ! The setting on the stage was amazing and she was really impressed by how they did set changes, by rolling various pieces on and off the stage. The band played as the ghosts themselves, it was a take on treasure island itself , but was rather endearing.
Tonight we shall be relaxing and finishing up homework. *sigh*
